I wrote this game on request from 3 siblings who wanted to give their parents a surprise celebration. Both mom and dad were turning 70 years young and they were also celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Keeping this amazing love story in mind I set out to write a game that reflected the love, style and grace of the couple. Lucky me, they were both fans of the Downton Abby series, the end result a little love story set among a lot of high brow scandal.
Imagine the scene of the crime;
Gathered in the drawing room guests were enjoying celebratory champagne; time passed and everyone became acutely aware of Lord Byron, the Earl of Yorkshires absence. A quick search of the castle leads to the discovery of the Earls bloodied body in the library. The murder weapon firmly lodged in the Earls back; an umbrella belonging to the butler, Mr Ainsley Milton!

More about the game:
No doubt about it - the deceased has been murdered!You and your guests will need to figure out potential motives and try to establish alibis in your effort to find the killer.Only problem the murderer can and will lie; framing innocent guests with dodgy alibis.
This murder mystery game is unscripted; each one of your guests are assigned a character who has a in depth background with clues leading up to the actual murder which must be shared with other suspects to solve the mystery.
Take on the role of an outrageously fun character who is a suspect in a murder investigation.You will need to use your wits and detective skills to catch the killer in your midst or try and get away with murder by framing other suspects.
You will not be doing any acting, script reading or stage performing.You and your fellow suspects will interrogate each other, taking note of any clues, motives or alibis revealed to the group in order for you to catch a murderer!Terribly fake International accents and over-actors are most welcome! All that is needed from you is a sense of humour!
Included in the downloadable mystery toolkit is everything you need to successfully host your own murder mystery game at home or at your favourite restaurant or venue.
